The Department of Student Services is located in the Superintendent of Education Building on Highway 49 in Gulfport and is responsible for overseeing the district’s discipline policies/procedures and other services throughout the school district.

Student Services encompasses the following personnel and programs: school nurses, school counselors & social workers, records clerks (cumulative records), school secretaries, intervention specialists, a homeless liaison, McKinney-Vento tutoring, dropout prevention initiatives, Junior Leadership, and alternative education.  Student Services also works closely with principals and assistant principals throughout the district.
