(August 19, 2026) – We are proud to celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of our Harrison County School District high schools in the 2026-27 U.S. News & World Report "Best High Schools" rankings!

Among 379 public high schools in Mississippi, three HCSD high schools ranked in the state’s top 30:

• West Harrison High School — #7
• D’Iberville High School — #16
• Harrison Central High School — #29

These annual rankings are about more than test scores.
