West Wortham Teacher Receives WXXV & Huntington Honor

(August 6, 2025) – Congratulations to Dr. Melody Smith of West Wortham Elementary & Middle School on being selected as the WXXV 25 and the Huntington Learning Center's “June Teacher of the Month”!

Dr. Smith is an Inclusion Special Needs teacher at West Wortham. This morning, a representative from Huntington visited the school to surprise Dr. Smith and present her with balloons, teacher supplies, and a $100 gift card! She was nominated by her husband.
