Surprising HCSD September Administrator of the Month

(September 16, 2025) – Congratulations to Dr. Douglas Reid of West Harrison Middle School on being named our September HCSD Administrator of the Month!
 
Today, our education partner, Guild Mortgage Gulfport, showed up during a meeting at Central Office to surprise Dr. Reid with the exciting news! Dr. Reid received a $100 restaurant gift card and a certificate of recognition. Dr. Reid is in his third year as assistant principal of WHMS. He has been with the HCSD family since 2014, serving as a teacher assistant, teacher, bus driver, soccer coach, yearbook sponsor, and assistant principal.
