Surprising HCSD September Staff of the Month Winner

(September 25, 2025) - What a perfect day to celebrate one of our amazing HCSD teacher assistants!
Today, we visited Woolmarket Elementary to surprise Ms. Desa Wheeler with the news that she is our “September District Staff of the Month” drawing winner!

Ms. Wheeler is in her third year as a teacher assistant at WES, and today happens to be National Teacher Assistants Day! Our friends from Guild Mortgage Gulfport presented Ms. Wheeler with a $100 restaurant gift card, snacks, and other goodies.
